Happiness of life

In the past,
I believed there was a happier life
 in the future.

But then I realised
 from my various experiences that
the future is illusions. 
Because it is only a prediction,
it is an illusion in our brain.

Truth,
 it is only in the present moment.

You can't be happy as long as
 you're looking for happiness.

Happiness and joy exist
 only in the present,
 in the present moment.

There is nothing missing
 or lacking in the present moment.

If you can realise this truth,

Our lives will change dramatically.
