If you can't maintain the body balance



There are more than 10 exercises for
 walking in high-heels correctly and elegantly.


 I choose exercises according
 to the client's physical situation.


This exercise is for strengthening
 the ball of the foot which is necessary
 to walk in high-heels.


What is the ball of the foot?


There is a swollen point just below
the root of the big toe in the sole of the foot.
This is the ball of the foot.


Imagine that
 there is a circle on the ball of the foot.
You have to put your weight on this point,
when you walk in high-heels.


If you can't put your weight on this part,
the weight will be put on the
outside of the sole of the foot.


As a result,
 the outer leg muscles will be
 developed and trained.


It will cause the problem of bow legs.


I would recommend to strengthen
 the ball of the foot, if you can't
maintain the body balance
 while you walk in high-heels.


It is no exaggeration to say
that whoever controls the ball
of the foot controls the high heel.
